If you wish to secure a sleeping room at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island at the Conference rate of $169 per night ($184.21 per night inclusive of all taxes/fees), please be sure to include your arrival and departure days and total your needed room nights at the bottom of the registration page. Please note that this is a non-smoking hotel and there are no smoking rooms available.

The 2nd Annual BioFlorida Golf Tournament, sponsored by
Allergan, will be held at the Golf Club of Amelia Island (at the Ritz-Carlton) on October 19, 2008 at 12:00 PM. The $209 golf package includes: green fees, cart, range balls, box lunch, drinks, and entertaining contests. Rental clubs are available on-site for an additional charge.
Your credit card will be processed for the full amount of the conference registration, sleeping rooms and golf (if requested) upon confirmation of your registration.
Cancellation Policy: All refunds or transfers must be requested in writing to American Meetings either by fax (954-337-2476) or e-mail (stephanie@americanmeetings.com). Refunds or transfers for room reservations must be received before September 15, 2008. Refunds or transfers for the conference or golf must be received on or before October 3, 2008.
