A bio science company is relocating its corporate headquarters to Wellington to better serve its vendors within the growing Palm Beach County bio science and research community. 
ChemPep, Inc. provides innovated products and services for research and development companies in the area of organic chemistry and biochemistry specializing in custom peptide synthesis and research-grade peptides/organic molecules. ChemPep had previous headquarters in Miami. The company will be creating 5 jobs in the next year.

The BDB provided a thorough analysis of financial incentives and other resources available, comprehensive real estate property reports based on company criteria.

A leading manufacturer of outdoor living products is announcing the relocation of its headquarters and warehousing operations to Palm Beach County. GeoGlobal Partners, LLC is moving from South Plainfield, New Jersey to a 45,000 square foot facility at Premier Airport Center in West Palm Beach. The project brings a capital investment of approximately $3 million to Palm Beach County. 

The BDB assisted  with contacts for local products and services. The lease transaction for the project was handled by Robert McCullough, vice president, Office Group, Grubb & Ellis Company. Robert C. Smith, senior vice president, CB Richard Ellis, Inc, represented the landlord. Steven Myott and Steven Vitek of JMWA Architects provided space planning, interior design and construction drawings. Dewhurst Associates, Inc has been awarded the construction contract.
GeoGlobal Partners produces a large selection of quality outdoor living products including gas grills, statuary, fountains, furniture and solar gardening products.The project is being fast-tracked through the City of West Palm Beach Planning & Zoning Department using a new expedited permitting initiative spearheaded by the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County.
Nine key employees will be relocating from New Jersey and GeoGlobal will employ 100 people within the next three years.  The jobs in Palm Beach County will have an average salary of $55,000.

A research and development company specializing in cutting edge robots for personal, military and commercial applications is relocating its corporate headquarter to Boca Raton adding 16 new jobs.

RoboLabs, Inc is moving from Pennsylvania to Boca Raton at 3701 FAU Blvd, Suite 1234. The company is occupying 500 square feet of space at the Technology Business Incubator (TBI) located in the Florida Atlantic Research & Development Park adjacent to Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.

RoboLabs, Inc. has more than 25 years of combined experience in robotics solutions. Its most recent consumer product is SmartMow, an environmentally friendly affordable robot lawn mower for maintaining lawns.

A Connecticut engineering and manufacturing company which recently opened a West Palm Beach facility is now expanding its operations after receiving assistance from the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, Inc. TMS began its West Palm Beach operations in December 2009 with eight employees.

The business expansion will mean the creation of at least 15 new jobs over the next two years as production demand increases. TMS is an engineering company specializing in the design and manufacture of high performance flexible coaxial cable, connectors, and cable assemblies for RF transmission from HF (High Frequency) through microwave frequencies.

The Business Development Board (BDB) assisted TMS with its workforce expansion needs. The BDB advised TMS on the resources and grants available to assist with training, recruitment and screening of new employees.

TMS and another West Palm Beach company, SV Microwave are both business units of Amphenol, the second largest manufacturer of interconnect products for aerospace, defense, automobiles and communications in the world. TMS is located in 5,000 square feet of office and manufacturing space adjacent to SV Microwave.
