Incubator gets first biotech

Alexandria Real Estate Equities, the nation's biggest landlord for laboratory space, has found the initial tenant for the area's first state-of-the-art incubator aimed at biotechnology companies.
Cytonics Inc. moved into about 2,000 square feet of Alexandria's lab building at 555 Heritage Drive in Jupiter in March. It's a short distance from Scripps Florida's three-building site now under construction at the Florida Atlantic University campus here, Chief Executive Officer Rush Simonson said.
